Looking to clean up ..

precalc_last*   - merged, remove
CXXFLAGS - merged, remove

testing - merged, but will come back, remove, for now
        This branch exists to buffer changes only to test suite and
        test code.

        This branch exists to buffer changes only to help text.


ry-WIP - move to gnucap-plugins repository.
        needs build update

r - merged to gnucap-gui.git AbhinavSingh-WIP, remove

Any objections to removing above?




Now, questioning ...

Stale branches:
- cmake-WIP
- bsx_mingw
What is the status?  We need to keep these, but they seem to have
stalled in an incomplete state.



Others ......
incomplete work in queue, or trial mods.  Keep for now.
