Hi all,

Sorry it's been a very long time since I last worked on the CMake
build system for GnuCap. Of course, I am still interested in getting
it merged with master (eventually).

At the moment, basic functionality is complete:

- - Looks for things like Git, readline, and dlopen
- - Generates sources from model files
- - Builds shared libraries and binaries
- - Installs and packages them

Meanwhile, some important things are still lacking:

- - Running tests
- - Updating 'include/md.h'
- - Putting the Git version information in the binaries
- - Checking for local modelgen if cross-compiling?
- - And probably a whole lot more...

The CMake branch was started before the Autotools build system was
pushed to the public repository. I think both can coexist peacefully.
CMake works well with autotools-style configuration header files, so I
may just swipe them over.

So, consider this a call-for-testing, a request for comments, or
whatever you wish. I encourage people and fed-up Autotools developers
to try out what CMake has to offer :D

Thanks,
Kevin Zheng
