DEV_SUBCKT::expand() calls
assert(model && model == _parent);
if i read the code right, Savant instanciates "!_" subcircuits and then
changes the dev_type to the 'device' attribute. i see nothing wrong with
that.... but what is correct, the assertion or set_dev_type?
