hello everybody.
once there was a discussion on this list (maybe it was -user?) about how
to use U-devices from mouse-driven netlist editors.
ive got a draft for symbols ready to use in gschem, which the
(unpatched) netlister correctly expands to gnucap logic devices (not
dropping the fancy slotting mechanism used for 74* logic).
these symbols, as well as a proof-of-concept circuit are contained in
http://tool.em.cs.uni-frankfurt.de/~felix/ringosc.tbz2.
I consider this approach a hack, but I dont know better. some gschem
enthusiast might want to streamline this and eventually upload to some
symbols direcory.
