Until now, it is a bit difficult to get the required header information (was
in the raw file) as it is removed in the final output of the Gnuastro. For
example, if I need to have exposure time information, I have to copy that
separately from the raw file to the final output.

Therefore, It will be better if we have a common option in all programs to get
the full header of the original raw image as an additional extension in the
final output of the Gnuastro.

For example, the final output of the segmentation should have another extra
extension containing the header information of the raw file.
