The output of gal_match_sort_based should be used as indexes of the input
coordinates, in case a further analysis is needed (e.g. a distance between the
two, see:
https://gitlab.cefca.es/glorenzetti/gnuastro/-/commit/a345cab39ad06e204ac275e87a9b6f1529ed2f52).

If inplace=1, the output indexes are no more usable for the first dataset (the
one modified), given that those are referring to the "input" dataset, and not
to the modified one.
