Thanks for reporting these problems Sepideh.

Until we have time to debug these problems, in
[https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/commit/?id=e985712d4f Commit
e985712d4f], I just revered these scripts and their corresponding
documentation to their state before that branch was merged.

Hopefully later, when we find a good solution to these problems, we will
re-implement them in the 'master' branch.
