Until now, we used 'LANG=C' to avoid having commas as the decimal point within
the scripts. However, in the 'astscript-color-faint-gray' and
'astscript-psf-stamp' this is not enough the system still puts commas when
printing decimal point numbers.
This issue was reported by Jesús Vega.
