In [https://arxiv.org/pdf/astro-ph/9905116v4.pdf Hogg 2000]
(arXiv:astro-ph/9905116), some definitions are given for cosmological
distances. In a discussion with Irene Pintos-Castro some time ago, we noticed
that its definition of proper distance is different from that in
CosmicCalculator.
This should be investigated (in comparison with other references also of
course!).
