The '--txtf64format' option was added in Gnuastro 0.19. However, the short
character for this option ('-d') was a repeat of the short format for the
'--descending' option also!
As a result, we confront the following error any time that '--descending' is
used (for Gnuastro 0.19):
$ seq 5 | asttable --descending
asttable: gal_options_read_check: a bug! Please contact us at
bug-gnuastro@gnu.org to correct it. Options with no arguments, must have type
'uint8'. However, the 'txtf64format' option has type string
