When an image passes through the starting point of RA, the output is not
reasonable:
$ wget http://archive.cefca.es/catalogues/vo/siap/jplus-dr2/get_fits?id=71811
-Ojplus-dr2-71811.fits.fz
$ astfits jplus-dr2-71811.fits.fz --skycoverage
Input file: jplus-dr2-71811.fits.fz (hdu: 1)
Sky coverage by center and (full) width:
Center: 0.7156 3.2553
Width: 359.2663831 1.465812035
Sky coverage by range along dimensions:
RA 0.7156 359.9819831
DEC 2.52212733 3.987939365
As seen above, the width is ~359 degrees and the RA goes from 0.7 to 359! We
should be able to account for such situations.
