Following the "modularity principle" and what Mohammad said in task 16253
<https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?16253#comment2>, I came up with the idea that
the user should be able to tweak their desired WCS freely.
We already something similar as the '--wcsfile' option in 'astfits'.
This might also prove useful when we need to create 'distorted' images with
specific coefficients. We'd create a WCS with the distorted profile, save it
in a fits file, and ask 'warp' to create an image with those configurations!
What do you think?
