This script is not saving the result into the output file, even when it was
provided with the option '--output'. This is simply because a final step to
write the result into the output file is missing.

I fixed this bug in commit e712f0bb
(https://gitlab.com/infantesainz/gnuastro/-/commit/e712f0bb). Have a look, and
if it looks good merge it. Thanks!
