Details:

When the given coordinate to 'astscript-psf-stamp' is not within the image, it
crashes because 'astcrop' doesn't produce any image. For wide-field images, it
can always happen that some stars in the catalog are not in a particular
image. It is therefore important for the script to account for such cases.
