file when it exsits

Details:
When the file given to '--output' already exists, Arithmetic will not
over-write it, but instead it will add its output as an extension at the end
of the already existing extensions! This is not the expected behavior of any
of the Gnuastro's programs!
Later, we should add an option to let the users do this, but for now, this is
a bug!
