Details:

The latest SDSS database on VizieR is the 12th SDSS data release. However, on
its own webpage we also have Data release 16
<http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr16/en/tools/search/sql.aspx>.

As far as I know, SDSS doesn't have provide TAP access (I may be mistaking,
but I couldn't find it in a simple search). So we have to use a custom command
for querying this database.
