As one step towards this, in Commit c826434952
<http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/commit/?id=c826434952> the
options that accept FITS (or FITS or TXT) are now marked as 'FITS' or
'FITS/TXT'.
This can help the auto-complete script to see what types of files it should
show when a user presses TAB.
For the other string arguments (like HDU names in FITS files or column names
in tables), the auto-complete script can call 'astfits' or 'asttable' and
extract the list of HDUs or column names to show to the user.
