With Commit 7da840d48a
<http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/commit/?id=7da840d48a1364a339ec48a06d9b6fb2ca5be9ad>,
the Fits program can do conversions between various distortions (currently
only TPV <--> SIP). However, it will also read the full input dataset, and
write it into the output also.
This job is basically only a key-word related job, and shouldn't involve data.
We should find a better way to avoid having to (possibly) use a lot of RAM and
slow-down the program by reading-writing the data array.
