Follow-up Comment #16, task #15128 (project gnuastro):

Also, as we now know about the general TPD distortion, I think WCSLIB must
already have facilities for conversions of other distortion to TPD, which I
think makes focusing on TPV to SIP conversion redundant. So should I proceed
with it or should try to make functions that will simply read the distortions
and write them as the TPD distortions? What do you suggest?
