Follow-up Comment #10, task #14639 (project gnuastro):

There are ways to do it in a single option, but that require a lot of
customization. 

So maybe for a start you can break it into two options, for example in a call
like this:


asttable table.fits --inpolyon=X_IMG,Y_IMG --polygon=X1,Y1:X2,Y2:X3,Y3:X4,Y4


You can then use existing options reading tools
