[task #15109] Size of dataset as an Arithmetic operator

Follow-up Comment #10, task #15109 (project gnuastro):

All the problems regarding the size operator are fixed now. I've pushed the
code to my GitHub repo in the `task-arithop-size` branch. 

It prints the value of the required dimension along with a fits file
containing the metadata. Flags can be used to remove the metadata fits file. 
I think it's okay now to push it into the master branch. You can review it and
make suggestions and comments.
