Details:

When a single-valued measurement option needs a value (like `--quantile'),
Statistics currently doesn't complain and abort. Instead it just thinks that
there are no measurements so it prints the general statistics. This can cause
unpredictable behavior and is not good. Statistics should complain and abort
in such cases.
