Details:

As described in the book
<https://www.gnu.org/software/gnuastro/manual/html_node/Instrumental-noise.html>,
instrumental noise goes into the general noise standard deviation with a power
of two. However, I just noticed that in MakeNoise, it is just being added
without being squared.
