Details:
When NoiseChisel doesn't find any detections in the input image, there is no
check to stop it from continuing (onto segmentation), so it crashes.
I am now adding a check to only contine processing (and making an output file)
when there actually are detections in the image.
This bug was found on a dataset provided by Sara Yousefi Taemeh.
