Details:

Most reports and papers in astronomy are written in LaTeX, so one very
convenient output of the table library (and thus all programs in Gnuastro) can
be tables in LaTeX format.

Essentially we will add a new acceptable value to the `--tableformat' option
(maybe something like For `latex') like the other acceptable values as
described in the Input output options

section of the book.
