Details:
When binary operations like +, -, * and / are requested, the Arithmetic
library (and thus program) doesn't take into account blank integer values.
For the unsigned integer types (where the blank value is the largest value of
the type), this can give some strange results which can be confusing. A check
is being written to take integer blank values into account.
