Details:

Dear maintainer,

I noticed the following minor typos in appendix A.

- section 'Convolve': the last sentence of the paragraph can be removed
(repetition).

- seciton 'CosmicCalculator': the name of the program should be astcosmiccal,
not astconvolve.
