Two options (`--rotate' and `--scale') have been added

ImageWarp so the user doesn't have to manually type the matrix each time they
want to do simple operations like this.
This does not complete this task, because for now, they are mutually
exclusive: only one can be run with each call to ImageWarp. But the
infra-structure has been improved so implementing the final stages of this
task is not too difficult, see the commit message
