LinkD mode

There is a new version of LinkD mode available at:

The major new features of this version are:

- A menu for LinkD mode.
  This can be enabled and disabled using the customisation variable 
linkd-use-menu.
  It is enabled by default.

- Automatic enabling of LinkD mode in the targets of @file links.
  This can be extensively customised using the customisation variable
  linkd-enable-linkd-mode-in-target. The default behaviour is to enable LinkD 
mode
  unconditionally.

- Defvars have been replaced by defcustoms.
