 A set of functions to return, mover over or
 manipulate a given THING. THING may be a well known
 form as symbol', `list', `sexp', `defun' but also a
 new defined and abstract thing. 

 The goal is to have a set of similar forms. For
 example, to provide a word with double-quotes around
 it, call `doublequote-word-atpt'. For parentheses
 call `parenthese-word-atpt'. In a similar way you
 may treat any object instrumented here as THING. 

 Changes to previous version:  separate-list-atpt fixed',
New function date-atpt,  date format transforming utils, 
use of argument `P'  than `p', `defun' instead of `defsubst', 
`parentize-' forms renamed to `parenthese-'.
