I am trying to use save an sms into my NOKIA 6230i Inbox via linux command line using.
echo "ballcocks" | gnokii --savesms --sender 07805123456 --smsc 07971234566 --folder IN --location 1 --datetime 080622063059
Sometime ago I was told that these issues had been dealt with in June in the CVS. I was using an old version of gnokii back then (0.6.22) on Suse 10.2. Installing CVS on 10.2 proved troublesome. I have since installed Suse 11 and installed gnokii 0.6.24 (not CVS).
Now trying the same command I get a different error (see below). Do I still need CVS or is there another problem that has arisen.
