[PATCH] small bug fixes

Hey Pawel, and all,

Some small bug fixes for the current CVS HEAD:
- Add $withval/net to the CFLAGS to fix compilation with Bluetooth
support on some distros
- error out when trying to set a memory type that's beyond what is
supported by the AT driver
- don't print empty entries in --getphonebook
- only print an "invalid index" error when the "end" keyword wasn't
used, or we managed to get the real end index (some phones don't report
the end index)
