Hi Guys

I'm using the Win32 binary distribution of gnokii (latest version downloaded
from website). I'm running Windows XP SP2.

I've setup my file to:

port = :COM1

model = 6210

(also tried with a 7110)

connection = serial

(also used a dlr3 cable and a dau9p cable and specified these in the config
file)

I get the following error is I specify serial:

GNOKII Version 0.6.3
Couldn't open FBUS device: No error
Couldn't open FBUS device: No error
Couldn't open FBUS device: No error
Telephone interface init failed: Command failed.
Quitting.

or if I specify a specific cable type (dlr3 or dau9p):

GNOKII Version 0.6.3
Couldn't open FBUS device: No error
Telephone interface init failed: Command failed.
Quitting.

Now, I know the COM port settings are correct as I've used Oxygen Phone Manager
to connect to the phone without any problems.

When I run gnokii - say using gnokii --getalarm for example it errors
instantly, like it hasn't even tried to connect to the device.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

David
