gnokii 0.6.2

Hi,

gnokii 0.6.2 is just released. This time really many fixes. Mostly they
concer build ability on various operating systems. Many thans for all
those who helped (especially Phil Ashby and Nemir Nemiria).

Other work contain:
 - documentation update
 - more gnapplet functionality (thanks bozo)
 - windows IrDA support (thank Phil)
 - fixes to phonebook and calendar support
 - libical support as the primary library to handle vCal input and output
(thank Martin)
 - other fixes

I really think it is a way better release than the previous one. Please
give it a try. You can download it from usual places:

Along with this release there's new gnapplet snapshot available (numbered
