        Readd acx_pthread.m4. Without it smsd build fails on Ubuntu 8.04 with:
        smsd.o: In function `MainExit':
        /home/pkot/gnokii/smsd/smsd.c:378: undefined reference to
        `pthread_join'
        /home/pkot/gnokii/smsd/smsd.c:379: undefined reference to
        `pthread_join'
        smsd.o: In function `Run':
        /home/pkot/gnokii/smsd/smsd.c:530: undefined reference to
        `pthread_create'
        /home/pkot/gnokii/smsd/smsd.c:533: undefined reference to
        `pthread_create'
        collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
