Log message:
            o Add the new gn_phonebook2vcardstr() and
              gn_vcardstr2phonebook() functions, to manipulate strings
              rather than filedescriptors when parsing phonebook entries

           o Add dump-vcard to the testsuite (not in the tarballs)
