Log message:
        * change gn_memory_type2str() to be the inverse of 
gn_str2memory_type(), ie converting a numeric gn_memory_type like GN_MT_M
        E into a short string like "ME"; converting into a more user friendly 
string like "Internal memory" is now done by gn_memory
        _type_print()
        
        * use gn_memory_type2str() and gn_str2memory_type() in the various AT 
drivers instead of local conversions and make the affe
        cted functions more similar
        
        * using the new gn_memory_type2str() changes the output of the 
"X-GSM-Memory" line from gn_sms2mbox() to use short memory names
