I would like to ask if Gnobog features or will feature a URL checker? 

An example of this feature can be found in the Windows-compatible
Linkman (www.outertech.com). This feature allows the user to check the
validity of URLs stored in the database, and optionally will update any
changes. Also, checking a large number of links could monopolize a
nameserver, or cause the Internet Service Provider to deny the requests,
so Linkman allows for checking selected sections rather than just the
entire set.
