It can be found along with the Trisquel ISO mirror on one dedicated 
machine of the Free Software and Free Culture foundation called Fundația 
Ceata, based in Bucharest, Romania.

We have followed the instructions at [1]. The cron job runs rsync every 
day at 4 AM. For reference,
