I suggest that you don't change a thing. If gNewSense were sponsored by
some company to provide technical support via a dedicated irc channel,
it would be a great idea. Since it is not, users of gNewSense should be
grateful for whatever free help their digital neighbors provide.
Alternatively, pay someone for their time to assist you with your
specific technical issue. 

Besides, how are we going to distribute free hugs with so much
segregation? ;)
