Thanks to All!

I removed dhcdb (package for Network manager 
that had already been removed) and 
dhcp3-client package (I don't need it now).

I also added a line "auto eth0" into my /etc/network/interfaces.
Now ifconfig shows correct info after system boot and 
"/etc/init.d/networking restart" applies the changes 
in /etc/network/interfaces.
