The logs confirm that your system thinks another display is available.
I assume that there isn't? If so this is a known issue with the intel
driver and bug 25913 has been reported upstream and assigned to the
Intel folks. It might be helpful if you could contribute anything to
the bug.

xrandr --output TV --off should turn off the non-existent display and
give you a normal screen. Alternatively, a patch exists that disables
the problematic detection code entirely.
