[gNewSense-users] tasksel on gNewSense/metad

Hi,

tasksel works on metad now.  The gnewsense-pkgsel-* hack is no longer necessary
and has been removed from the distribution.  From now on, the recommended
method to install the default desktop selection is:

  sudo tasksel install desktop

I've documented this in the wiki.  Once Linux becomes a bit more stable on
Yeeloong, I'll integrate this with the D-I process, so that issuing this
command is no longer necessary.
