hi!
before open a bug report, i would have your opinion about this:
the package
xserver-xorg-driver-nsc/
in
main xs-xs
have this copyright notice (extract):

>>Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or
without
modification, are permitted provided that the following
conditions
are met[...]

1.this not expressly permit selling (well, neither inverse)

and

>>EXPORT LAWS: THIS LICENSE ADDS NO RESTRICTIONS TO THE
EXPORT LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION. It is licensee's
responsibility to comply with
any export regulations applicable in licensee's
jurisdiction. Under any export regulations applicable in
licensee's jurisdiction. Under CURRENT (2001) U.S. export
regulations this software is eligible for export from the
U.S. and can be downloaded by or otherwise exported or
reexported worldwide EXCEPT to U.S. embargoed destinations
which include Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran,
Syria, Sudan, Afghanistan and any other country to which the
U.S.
has embargoed goods and services.

2. This appear me not clear. we can redistribute the package
or not?
reading at
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html#exportcontrol
it seems not free
(exctract):
"Sometimes government export control regulations and trade
sanctions can constrain your freedom to distribute copies of
programs internationally. Software developers do not have
the power to eliminate or override these restrictions, but
what they can and must do is refuse to impose them as
conditions of use of the program. In this way, the
restrictions will not affect activities and people outside
the jurisdictions of these governments."

thanks,

marco
