[gNewSense-users] Emacs PFV Mode Update

New to this version:

-unpacking and downloading packages seem to work now
-bug fixes
-pfv-edit is a better name for the deprecated pfv-top
-new keybindings for the *PFV Draft* buffer:

download package.... C-z D
view license........ C-z L
table to markup..... C-z M
unpack package...... C-z U

*Notes*

0. Note that those are uppercase letters following the control z
keystroke.  Lowercase are currently reserved for license name shortcuts.
All of this is subject to changing with better ideas.

1. unpack package WILL also download a package if it was not already
done, so you can just go straight to unpacking.

2. Also, I noticed quite a *speedup* if I first did a byte-compile-file
on the pfv-mode.el file and then load-file pfv-mode.elc.
