There have been a number of changes in gNewSense since 1.0. These include:
- gnome-app-install no longer points to non-free apps
- gnome-panel no longer points to ubuntu
- we now have deltad-updates and deltad-backports, but these are not
officially supported
- Builder: now produces .torrents for cd images
- Builder: updates and backports added as options
