Yes. For technical reasons the Builder code lived on bzr.gnewsense.org
for a while. It's no longer necessary to keep it there and maintain our
own Bazaar+Loggerhead instance, so let's now just use Savannah's
infrastructure again. The version on Savannah now is the same as the
last version on bzr.gnewsense.org.
