[Gnewsense-dev] Localizing website menu bar and breadcrumbs

Hi,

Currently, the links in the menu bar and breadcrumbs always link to pages in English, ignoring completely the language of the current page. This means, for example, that if a user is reading pages in Spanish and then clicks on any of the links in the menu bar or breadcrumbs, she will be taken to a page in English and will have to jump again to the page in her language using the translation widget.

To make it easier for users to navigate the website in their native languages, I will modify the wiki theme [1], so that the links in menu bar and breadcrumbs take you to pages in the same language of the currently loaded page.
