Hey, how long does the Savannah servers at http://savannah.nongnu.org
take to send out the confirmation email?

I signed up, and waited for about ten minutes, but the confirm mail
never showed. I need a Savannah account.Somebody over there please get
working on getting an account for me.

I see that many people have had the same problem with not receiving
confirmation emails.... No I do not use Hotmail.
