[Gnash] 0.8.3 release candidate 2

Gnash 0.8.3-rc1 needed repair for Mandriva, which wasn't detecting
ffmpeg properly.  Our fault, not theirs; but their config pointed out
my mistake.

Please test rc2.  It's in CVS; check out revision gnash_0_8_3_rc2.

It's been tested and passed "make check" on these systems:

Ubuntu 8.04 i686 (Hardy Heron)
Ubuntu 8.04 amd64 (Hardy Heron)
Ubuntu 7.10 amd64 (Gutsy Gibbon)
Ubuntu 7.04 i686 (Feisty Fawn)
x86-win2000
Mandriva (but "make check" failed for ffmpeg)
OpenSUSE 10.3

we know what's been tested.
